Lou "Hercules" Ferrigno and his massive thighs are here to remind us all that Mr. Gable's Netflix Instant Bad Movie Marathon begins at 7:30 Central on Saturday night! I plan on doing a little tweeting myself during the festivities, so follow us all at the hashtag #badnetflix. You can get to my tweets on Saturday through the gadget on the sidebar, too, if that's easier for ya.

Mr. Stacia is one of the main participants, and you can see his rendition of what the bear that Lou threw into space might look like here. That post is very safe for work, by the way. Now, I love all my SBBN readers, but I know some of you are, shall we say, delicate, and his blog will make you faint. I tell you this because I am your friend.
